Lonely Hearts Group
Starting September 8th, 2023 - interviewing participants now
Do you want to have a lasting and fulfilling relationship, but feel like you can't find or keep a partner?
Our "Lonely Hearts" process group is for people in their late 20s to early 40s, who are looking for a meaningful connection with someone special but have been facing challenges and disappointments. You may have had some short-term relationships or none at all, you may notice some patterns that keep repeating in your love life, or you may feel invisible or misunderstood by others and end up feeling lonely and frustrated without understanding why.

Our group is designed to help you explore your thoughts and feelings as they emerge while interacting with others, in a safe and supportive environment. The group focuses on helping group members relate to each other more authentically and deepen their experience of vulnerability, intimacy, and closeness with others.

You will have the opportunity to learn how you affect others, how you are affected by them; how others see you, and what roles you tend to play in relationships. The group allows the opportunity to develop awareness and practice new ways of relating and communicating with others in and outside the group.

This group is NOT a dating group. This group experience will help you understand what might be preventing you from finding or committing to a serious relationship and allow you the opportunity to experiment with new ways of communicating and connecting with others.
